Projects should address one or more of the research questions or
research priorities established in research theme areas listed below.
Theme areas describe a broad topic of importance to Great Lakes fishery
management and establish key research questions and hypotheses that should
become the focus of specific projects.

· Fish Health and Ecosystem Dysfunction
· Re-establishment of Native Deep-water Fishes of the Great Lakes
· Council of Lake Committees Research Priorities
· Great Lakes Fish Health Committee Research Priorities
