TITLE: [Specialized] Task Group

PURPOSE:

(1) To conduct specialized work assignments as requested by the Lake Huron Committee.

(2) Provide agencies represented on the LHC with pertinent technical information, analysis, and management alternatives toward resolving a designated issue(s).

PARTICIPATION:

Chair - from any member agency as selected by the LHC.

Members - Any number of agency personnel with a minimum of one representative from each agency (see Technical Committee membership).

Resource or public persons - Any number from any agency, organization, or university as determined by the members.

AGENCY COMMITMENTS: The level of agency commitment will reflect the magnitude and urgency of the problem; however, a minimum of one representative from each agency represented in the Lake Committee is encouraged.

COORDINATION: The Task Group chair will coordinate activities and progress with the Technical Committee chair.

FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS: As deemed necessary by Task Group members or the LHC.
